This Coming Friday: Coyotes in Connecticut

On Friday August 3rd, learn about these fascinating, mysterious, often feared predators from Master Wildlife Consevationist, Paul Colburn. Presented by DEEP Wildlife Division and the East Haddam Library System. Starting at 7:00 pm at the East Haddam Grange Hall,488 Town Street. Suggested age 12 and up.

Paul Colburn is a 2015 graduate of the Master Wildlife Conservationist Program and a certified Master Wildlife Conservationist. Mr. Colburn has provided over 150 wildlife presentations across the state and participated in several wildlife research projects. He offers presentations on black bears, bobcats, eastern coyote, fisher, white-tailed deer and a natural history of Connecticut dating back to 1650.  Mr. Colburn is an avid outdoorsman, a graduate of Wesleyan University and served honorably in the United States Army.

Politics and the American Musical is a non-Partisan look at the influence of politics on the American Musical. See how Gilbert & Sullivan, Gershwin, Berlin, Cole Porter, Rodgers/Hart, Cohen and more, created very tuneful satires that were highly regarded by all Americans. No worries, this event will not be focused on modern politics. Just a fun and entertaining evening for everyone to enjoy!
