1000 Books Before Kindergarten at the Rathbun Library

The Rathbun Memorial Library is excited to present the 1,000 Books Before Kindergarten program. Families are invited to join this fun and exciting new program.  The 1,000 Books Program is a wonderful  way to start your child on the path to success and the joy of reading.

This nationwide program encourages parents and caregivers to regularly read aloud to their children.  By reading just one book a night, families can reach the 1,000 book goal in three years and provide their children essential early literacy skills.

Stop by the Rathbun Library to register, and pick up your program materials and free gift.
