Fire cider is a traditional folk remedy for strengthening immune health, using a combination of apple cider vinegar, garlic, ginger, onions, horseradish, hot peppers, and endless variations. When combined with honey, the end result is a perfectly sweet-spicy-tangy mixture to get us through the change of seasons.
We'll provide the ingredients for a basic fire cider. Participants, please bring a 32-oz. wide-mouth Mason jar, a cutting board, and a chopping knife, as well as any other ingredients from your garden or pantry that you would like to incorporate (e.g., citrus fruit, fresh or dried herbs, etc.).

We will provide the ingredients for a basic fire cider. Participants, please bring a 32-oz. wide-mouth Mason jar, a cutting board, and a chopping knife, as well as any additional ingredients from your herb garden or pantry that you’d like to incorporate (e.g., citrus, frozen or dried berries, rosemary, thyme, etc.).
